How much does a website cost?

There is an initial £69.00 set-up fee. After that the monthly ongoing fee is £34.49. You pay the £69.00 + the first month's £34.49 fee online (£103.49). From Month 2 you pay the monthly fee by Standing Order. All prices exclude VAT.

How long will it take to create my website?

After you place your order online we will get in touch with you and send you our Website Content Pro Forma document. Once this is filled in it will normally take around 2 weeks to create your site.

Can I use my existing domain name (web address) for my new Inspire site?

Yes, absolutely. We will provide all the information you need to do this and help out with the transfer.

How long is the contract for?

The contract is for 24 months from the date of site launch. Your domain name will need to be re-registered 4 weeks before the end of the contract. We will do this automatically unless you provide written notice 6 weeks in prior to the end of your contract. We will extend then apply a new 12 month contract which you will continue based on your existing standing order.

I have my own logo. Can I use this on my website?

All you need to do is provide us with an image file of the highest resolution you can find. The best resolution for using images on the web is 72 dpi (dots per inch). Resolutions higher than this are better for us to use as there is always some degradation in quality if the image is reduced in size. If you need us to include the logo in the Header be sure to provide us with your image file when returning your Website Content Pro Forma.

Can I customise the colour scheme of my website?

Yes, that is an important part of our package. You first choose one of our website themes but you are not held to the example colour scheme it uses. During the website development process you can tell us what colour scheme you want.

My business type is not listed, can I still buy one of your sites?

Absolutely, you can actually select any of the themes listed in any category for your site. So, say you are a plumber and you like the look of one of the Licensed Trade themes, that's no problem. We can customise any theme for any business type. We show example themes for some different business types just to give an idea of what the finished sites could look like.

Will my personal information be safe?

Yes, we will not give out your personal information to 3rd parties. All of your personal and payment information is also protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. What methods of payment do you accept?

We take the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Solo. You can also pay using PayPal. We do not accept cheques, cash or postal orders.

What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Yes, absolutely. If your company is based outside of the UK you can pay the initial fee online as normal and then we will give you a call to discuss the best way for you to send the ongoing monthly fee.

Is there a delivery charge for your products?

No, we don't physically deliver any products to you. We set everything up on our remote servers on your behalf.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

If you contact us to cancel your order within 10 working days we will give you a full refund if we have not yet incurred any costs on your behalf or spent any time working on your website. There are some costs such as domain registration that we will not be able to get back so these will be passed on to you. If we have spent any time developing your website before you cancel your order you will also be liable for this at a rate of £35/hour. You will be refunded the difference between your purchase price and the amount we have already expended.

RAISING PROMOTION EFFECTIVENESS

Pub A's customers are predominantly in the 25-44 year old market, they don’t have a website and are planning on running a promotion on a Monday night on behalf of their drinks supplier targeted at their primary market. They received some posters by post and have put them up the previous Friday afternoon.

Pub B know that most users on Facebook are Female and are in the 25-44 years age bracket. They have a Facebook “Group” with over 650 “friends” and posted an “Event” on the previous Monday as soon as they confirmed the promotion with the Sales rep. The Pub post a News Item on their Group page which instantly appears in all their customers News Feeds with a link to Pub B's website. A form has been added to the Group page requesting confirmation of attendance, offering a free prize entry for those replying. To encourage early attendance and for spin off revenue a link to the Pub website advertising a Special Meal deal for those who want to get some food before the event kicks off.

Pub B is in a far better position to increase footfall and plan for staffing. Pub A is relying purely on footfall over the 3 days which is not giving their customers much time to plan.
